Talk 2 Hands, is based on day-to-day life with hearing impairment or complete deafness. The concept of the series is to get people to think and look more closely at what is in front of them. I have a hearing impairment and communication every day can be a challenge, but because it is not obvious that people have difficulty hearing no one thinks that you may not be responding because you can't hear. They assume its because you are being rude. This series is about trying to raise awareness that 22 out of 1000 people have difficulties hearing.

My practice in general is based on portraiture and capturing a natural moment. I enjoy post-production and will use 'snapshots' to create intricate detailed images. My work is based mainly on personal drives and beliefs. However I do also photograph events and weddings, adding a personal touch that comes from the event and the people there.
